It was announced in the January 2013 issue of Asuka that there would be a Musical based on the Kyou Kara Maou series. There are not many details available yet.
- It's official title is "Kyou Kara MAou! Musical" (今日からマ王!ミュージカル) and it will be called MAoumyu (マ王ミュ) for short.
- It's tentative subtitle is "Birth of the Maou"(魔王誕生編).
- The show will be during golden week (April 25-May 6) 2013 at Hakuhinkan theater (博品館劇場) in Ginza.
- It is being produced by Sogo Vision(NHK・総合ビジョン), the same people who produced the Anime series.
